Designed and simulated advanced multi-layer planar coils for Eddy Current Testing (ECT) using CST Studio, optimising complex geometries for high-precision inductive sensing in robotic environments. Developed a comprehensive system-level test bench by coordinating a KUKA Robot, PLC, and PicoScope via Python to perform high-resolution EM field mapping. Performed validation of simulation models against experimental measurements using Impedance Analysers to ensure high accuracy in sensor performance.

Developed Python-based tools to automate the generation of XML configurations for PLCs, implementing industrial protocols for energy management systems. Engineered a Django and PostgreSQL utility to automate device data entry, significantly streamlining the technical setup.
