Student position to develop a deep learning master thesis. There was a first phase of research to decide the topic of the project. During these first months, I got to work with different platforms such as TensorFlow, Caffe, Keras and PyTorch, and get familiar with different deep learning topics, such as model compression, multi-task learning, transfer learning, domain adaptation and others.

Responsible for developing a data science project from scratch. We followed a CRISP-DM approach to develop a project related to brain strokes. It was interesting to be part of the business understanding phase and participate in the decision making. Involved in several and diverse projects based on the object-oriented programming language C#, developing and introducing meaningful enhancements in a quality control and inspection software used by multiple packaging industries from all over the world. Initially implicated in UI design and web services, but over time my work was more oriented to back end, windows PowerShell, computer vision and databases management

The idea of the summer school was to develop an entrepreneurship project based on Cybersecurity and privacy concepts considering the needs that would appear in 2018 due to the new General Data Protection Regulation that was going to enter into force the 25th of May.
