Actively worked on ensuring quality in the automotive industry, including 8D problem solving, 3D scanning, and quality approvals. Gained strong expertise in international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and tools such as SAP and Caligo. My main focus was on precise analysis, process optimization, and guaranteeing the highest product quality.

Ausbildung / Apprenticeship I specialized in CNC programming, turning and milling operations, as well as pneumatic and mechanical systems. I was involved in the manufacturing, maintenance, and optimization of forming tools and molds for various industrial processes, including the repair and reconditioning of sheet metal forming tools. My work emphasized metal machining, process accuracy, and the application of innovative solutions in toolmaking to ensure high performance and long tool life in production.

Gained valuable experience in serial production and assembly of metal components. Operated within stamping and forming processes, ensuring reliable and stable production. Tasks included process control, assembly, and operating various machinery, while consistently improving production efficiency and quality.
