*Establishment of an IT department, management and leading of it. *The first tasks of the department: -Development of a WCF services which publishes offers and enables the selection and purchase of a rail tickets via a ticket machine. In the first phase there are 32 ticket machines which use this webservice. -Development of a WCF web service and a Windows Embedded client application for franchise owners that can sell trough this software train tickets.In the first phase there are 60 of such franchises.
