Prepared sales budget and forecasts; facilitated communication on sales goals and new commercial initiatives to all stakeholders; developed and aligned sales strategy within store steering group and country management.

Was managing living room sales departments in store (11 co-workers). Within team secured fulfilment of department sales goals and people development with customer in focus. Delivered commercial (inspired efficient and profitable) solutions for market, exceeded milestones and expectations for millions of visitors.

Within finance and development team was responsible for different stages of construction projects: developed valuations as well as preparing financial models and ROI; business correspondence and engaging communication with financing organizations and ministries on start-ups and current projects for financing and administrative support. Facilitated communication of all stakeholders for smooth process and time management. Was responsible in company for social programs held by government.

Designed manufacturing procedures, processes and production layouts for electronic products assembly, machining, and material handling. Executed daily engineering activities, including working with teams to design and implement manufacturing processes and layouts, review the technological discipline on manufactory to improve efficiency, new equipment search and implementation, training co-workers, business trips to solve technical and organizational problems with head organizations.
