Work with Solution Architects, Project Management team & the wider business to design, implement, test, & deploy bespoke applications to enhance & improve the Element business processes & capability. Use Azure DevOps for backlog management & sprints, repository management & solution delivery including use of GIT and Azure Pipelines. Collaborate with Solution Architects & Project Managers to design & deliver custom applications, improving business processes & capabilities across the Element organization.

Develop and maintain existing solutions including web-based applications and standalone software for Element laboratories. Translated intricate designs from Photoshop into responsive HTML and CSS, preserving the integrity of the UX and UI throughout the development process.
