I was responsible for transformation from classical IT / eCommerce monolit technology on modern APIs retail infrastructure developed on Google Cloud. My team build performant omnichannel eCommerce Platform and marketplace. I have expertise in fast & effektive roll-out from different solutions in over 10 countries (CMS, CRM, eCommerce, SAP, …). With the team we where able to automatise many internal processes and manage successfully digital transformation to become B2B European sourcing platform.

I head digital activities for the global leader in self-service wholesaling. We’re successfully leveraging digital and big data to fundamentally improve the experience for our 21 million customers and strengthen the foundation for sustained growth. My role includes overall international digital strategy and the digital organisation, digital marketing and eCommerce (Food & NF)

Led marketing and the total customer relationship (CRM, pricing & promotion, branding & communication, customer services) for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is METRO Cash & Carry’s 3rd most important geography worldwide

Full P&L responsibility for Rossmann’s drugstore retail chain in the Czech market, a JV with Hong Kong based Hutchison Whampoa group, with 150 outlets and 800 employees. Led company turnaround through restructuring and improvement along the entire value chain.

Built C&A’s business in the Czech Republic from the very first employee and store into the country’s No. 1 fashion brand, with a total of 25 locations and 500 employees.
