•Responsible for all the financial operations of two local Companies.

•Responsible for overall administrative and financial activities of both companies leading several Units, part of the Department, including Tax & Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Credit & Collections, IT, Treasury and Controlling. With a staff of 15 employees at El Salvador 7 employees at Honduras. •IT Project Leader. "Project Harmony" Manager, with a successful deployment of a SAP vertical solution in both affiliates with data hosting at HQ in France. •Role of Acting Country Manager.

•Ensure the accomplishment of the Finance Department goals and objectives and provide leadership and supervision to the Finance staff. •Responsible for Accounting, Credit and Collections, Treasury and Budgeting. With a monthly average collection porfolio of +US$8MM. •Administrate the syndicated loan of US$40MM and manage the short & long-term Company’s debt. •Ensure an effective working relationship with local and international bank Executives.

•Responsible for overall financial activities of TACA’s branches in Guatemala, Panamá and Argentina. Temporary expatriate in these Countries. •Part of the team leading the deployment of the Accounting Shared-Service project, a millionaire project directed by the Board of Directors of the Company, with the support of Bain Consulting and Cap Gemini from Argentina. •Responsible for Accounting, Procurement, Credit and Collections, Budgeting and Treasury.
