As Rooms Controller my main responsibilities were to review, track and accommodate the travel patterns of guests who regularly book reservations at the hotel. I also coordinated the resources to provide the guests with a positive experience. I coordinated the handling of guest preferences with hotel staff, organized room arrangements with housekeeping staff and followed up with guests to gauge their overall satisfaction with the hotel experience.
