• Collating AML documentation prior to investments. This is obtained from companies, directors & co-investors. • Corresponding/working with Investment Managers to organise all required documents prior to the completion of investments • Producing quarterly valuations and reports for various funds in a timely manner. • Assisting with organising the allocation of funds for investments as well as pipeline investments. • Collating board reports and management accounts from all investee companies.

• Providing bookkeeping for multiple funds. • Producing invoices and making payments. • Producing bank reconciliations. • Completing valuations on a daily and monthly basis for various funds in a timely manner. • Inputting general ledger entries and accruals into the accounting system. • Fielding phone calls from investors for various clients. • Assisting the Fund Accountants with correspondence with Auditors. • Transferring data from an old Fund Accounting system to a new system.
