Recruited to be a team leader of the development team of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation project in the Deloitte Moscow CIS. My responsibilities included 50% of time – software development and 50% - team management.

Hired as a .NET developer of support service of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. For 4 years in company, I was junior, middle and then senior developer on several CRM-implementation projects. Solved such tasks as CRM extensions, plugins, WCF-services and portals development, preparation of different technical documentation and education of CRM system users. In the last year in company, my responsibilities also included tasks estimation, tasks management and architecture tasks.
