Value proposition: Help organizations leverage emerging technologies to generate additional profitability, competitiveness and the agility to always stay ahead of digital disruptions. This is done by first creating a digitalization strategy and road map, then pulling the right capabilities (technology vendors and other partners)

(1) Safety Audits - I took part in 2 audits that were done all over plant. I also handed in 1 personal proposal at the end. (2) Training – I trained teams of about 20 people each, spanning 2 – 3 sessions/ week. In the end that was over 500 people. (3) Strategy Implementation- Enforcing the use of PPE, Issuing work permits, safety data & information management etc (4) Other activities - Inspections & walkabouts (2 in a day’s shift), incident follow-ups and external relations.

(1) Production -For washing powder, soaps and petroleum Jelly. I learnt World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and other tools. (2) Steam cost minimization project - Led a team to audit piping & equipment and proposed a way to cut cost by 60%. (3) Fabrication of 2 vacuum pumps - I re-design and fabricated them to improve their performance and quality of Soap. (4) Minimizing water abstraction project - I used Unilever best practices to re-cycle process water and cut effluent by 20%
