Alex Savone

I had the chance to work on a project with the aim to enhance the production flow and develop my thesis on it. My responsibility was to analyze the activities and detect wastes in the sense of Lean Management. Additionally, I worked on an investment proposal assessing its feasibility and preparing the budgeting.

In addition to my daily tasks (order planning, dealing with suppliers, market analysis) in the procurement office, I carried out a project analyzing existing and setting up new KPI’s to analyze the department’s performance.

As a student worker on a basis of 20 hours a week I was involved in the typical tasks of an insurance agent, like acquiring clients, preparing contracts and office organization.

As a winner of a grant I spent one semester to study at the Business School of the University of Western Australia (World's top 1% of academic institutions) Courses fulfilled: Data Analysis Digital Marketing Applied Economics for Business
