We work purely on retained assignments at the senior level (typically £150k - £300k basic salaries) which encompasses: C-level, Partner and Director level appointments; as well as handling Non Executive Director and Board level appointments.

A start-up search and selection firm working with Angel investors and VC-funds to find leaders for their early-stage, high-growth companies. Working on: CEO, COO, CIO/CTO and Head of Marketing functions.

Helped set up and establish the Not For Profit & Public Sector practice of this Board-level executive search and advisory firm.

Joined as an entry-level researcher working on retained assignments in the consulting and IT outsourcing sector. Promoted to Senior Researcher in 2008 and took on delivery responsibility as well as mentoring and managing newly joined junior Researchers.

Commissioned following basic training and undertook officer training at BRNC, Dartmouth. Following sea-time on HMS NOTTINGHAM, passed Fleet Board at HMS EXCELLENT and subsequently made full Sub-Lieutenant. Undertook further sea-time as a bridge watch-keeping officer on HMS YORK as well as a shore role as Divisional Officer (DO) training new recruits at HMS RALEIGH. Specialised in Submarine Warfare and trained as a Submarine Controller.
