Responsible of the Global Strategy for the Passenger Car Business ( Tier 1 Supplier ) Development + Deployment of the Short/ Mid / Long Term Strategy Approach for the Passenger Car Business of Metalsa with 9 plants in 5 Regions. ( Operations/ Commercials / Technology / Purchasing / VP / HD ) and M+A activities to grow or sharpen the core business

General Manager for the Hinges and Transmission Business Unit ( 4 plants - Germany and China ) for customers as of Mercedes / BMW / VW / Audi / Porsche / GM - Europe / NAFTA / China / South Africa. Main task was the transformation of this business unit to match the rest of the footprint. ( Including Turnaround / Closing and Selling of plant sides with full repsonsibility as GM. This task was successuflly achieved by January 2016 with the selling of the final plant to a Chinese automotive company.

GM of a 420 people business with complete P+L responsibility ( 420 People - 110 € Million turnover ) with Workbench in China and global supplier and customer set up . The task was to turn around a negative level plant side and create a transformation roadmap for the long run. It did include the complete transformation of the plant set up ( Process / Organisation ) / the optimization of operational project issues and a successful downsizing of a HC of approx. 320 people.

Full Responsibility as CTO for the Hinges and Transmissions Business Unit - R+D / Process Technology / Innovation JVs with Universities and other Institutions

Start Up Entrepreneur - Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development for the NAFTA tmarket. Including technology DDs to evaluate the future success of small to midsize companies as a decision making for Banks or Shareholders to define future investment risks into that business.

Start Up _ Responsible for the Company set up and leading the Engineering and Consulting Area. Designing production equipment for the automotive and aircraft indiústry and advising in efficiency evaluation.
