Teaching little learn groups (up to 15 students) the fundamentals of fluid mechanics.

Internship in DG's construction department, responsible for e.g. sailplanes and special designs for aerospace applications. Creation and revision of constructional drawings of composite parts. Creation of photorealisic illustrations for quatations and concept presentations. Flammability and flame penetration resistance tests of composite parts as a preparation to the certification process. Conceptual designs for integration and operation of the collision warning system FLARM in DG sailplanes.

Study prepatory internship: Production and final assembly of washing machines at the assembly line; quality audits and endurance tests of full automatic coffee machines; process engineering methods for quality assurance of powder and enamel coatings, glues and metallographical analysis of components; participiation in quality management and controlling processes and measurement engineering;

Study prepatory internship as construction mechanic: planning of operational procedures and motion sequences; assemlby of components according to constructional drawings; manual and machined metal cutting procedures: filing, sawing, drilling and milling; manual and machined metal forming procedures: bending, milling
