Sales Manager role with a wider P&L responsibility for global coverage of niche engineering specialisms, with an emphasis and focus on new business, contract markets, running highly profitable specialist recruitment teams within technical recruitment verticals across Energy, Life-Sciences, Renewables, Utilities & IT.

Hired as one of the first 360 recruitment consultants at ERSG to service the global sustainability and renewable energy industries, with a particular focus being on Smart Energy and Off-shore Wind. Tasked with the setting up of a dual desk (Contract & Perm) and the initial leading and taking to market of ERSG's brand

Hired as a trainee this was a full 360 role on a cold contracts desk, promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the expert delivery and global supply of predominantly Contract, but also Permanent staffing solutions, within Oracle ERP Applications / E-Business Suite, as well as the then later acquired and related technologies. Successfully making placements on every continent in the world.
