I am owner of the overall responsibility for the order management of New Units, capacity load Leveling for all assembly areas and tracking the different milestones within the entire SCM process. Within my role I am as well responsible to find the right Balance between Fulfillment, Inventory and Revenue Recognition as well as keeping costs low.

Responsible Logistic specialist for material availability and fulfillment of different suppliers (gas compressors, coolingwater pumps, compensators, air filters,...) and metal works department. Also inventory controlling for this parts was in my responsibility. As Production Scheduler it was my job to provide the daily leveling for the mixed-model assembly line, as well as to control the material availability for the whole assembly area.
