Manage all distribution and marketing channels for our German-speaking markets. Competences and responsibilities range from strategic to operational activities in all common channels ranging from SEO, SEA, Social-Media, Affiliate or Paid Social to CRM.

Optimizing customer engagement and retention strategies through effective utilization of CRM tools and platforms (mainly Emarsys). Key duties included managing email marketing campaigns, creating automated interfaces for seamless customer interaction, and ensuring timely communication across relevant channels.
