Soho.net is a platform for social media content aggregation and sharing for business and personal use. As the startup's CEO, I provide the strategic guidance, manage the team, define business requirements for the platform, and contribute to the business development activities.

I'm overseeing development and operations of dgMarket (www.dgmarket.com), a global government procurement portal with over half a million users in some 170 countries. My responsibilities include: Supervision of the portal as a global multilingual e-commerce service. • Management of the team that operates, supports and develops the portal, with team members based in 5 countries. • Development of business requirements. • Management of a network of affiliated partners in 15 countries.

My responsibilities included Business analysis and requirement specification for a procurement portal. • Coordination of software development to ensure its correspondence to the requirements. • Requirements facilitation and development of customized web sites for international partners, etc.

Developed Point-of-Sale software for global and national card payment systems. Managed installation and software configuration of ATM machines.
