Formulated, evaluated and implemented policies and programs for urban redevelopment, social housing, real estate, sustainability standards, and incentives implementation. Implemented analytical visualization on sustainable standards and researched information about built environment practices and financial and urban incentives.

Delivered building measurements, analyzed information on standard guidelines, and implemented sustainable environmental practices and standards in three multifunctional projects' design and construction stages. Prepared and analyzed information on green certification guidelines for two projects in the design and construction stages. Conducted sustainable construction certification process in operation and maintenance by implementing environmental best practices and LEED standards in two existing buildings.

Recorded geographical data and generated reporting tools for the archaeological research project in Central Colombia for new pipeline development. Performed measurement and drawing plans in CAD and geographical information for more than five buildings for the University’s architectural renovation.
