• Deputizing team leader in managerial and technical terms • Responsible for managing and developing international and national staff • Advising the Jordanian Ministry of Labor (MoL) on the development and implementation of strategies, regulations and laws in the context of sustainable employment promotion • Strengthening the organizational structures of MoL, in particular of employment support services • Advising on measures to create and strengthen dialogue structures between public and private sector

• Responsible for technical/administrative implementation of the project • Representing the project vis-à-vis partners, donors and other implementing organisations • Responsible for managing international and national staff • Responsible for strategic and operational planning as well as the achievement of outcomes/outputs • Responsible for budget management and compliance with GIZ rules • Advising key partner organisations from public and private sector on consolidating Dual-Cooperative Training (DCT)

• Developing a legal framework for Dual-Cooperative Training (DCT) • Setting up processes for planning, implementing, monitoring and assessing DCT programs • Developing standards, curricula, lesson plans and assessment material for DCT programs for various sectors • Providing capacity building to vocational teachers, school managers and in-company trainers • Strengthening sectoral bodies to increasingly take over DCT steering and management functions

• Supporting the strategic and administrative management of the Economic Development and Employment Promotion (EDEP) programme as well as VELA project • Actively contributing to the design and implementation of activities to promote the involvement of employers in TVET • Providing technical assistance to the introduction of Dual-Cooperative Training • Designing and providing capacity building to project partner • Developing an effective information and knowledge management system

• Managing and coordinating continuing education program • Identifying training needs in the private and public sectors • Public relations, customer relationship management, strategic marketing • Managing contacts with external partners and clients • Identifying and selecting international experts for conducting training

• Planning and implementing online campus management system • Strategic and operative management of study programmes • Project and knowledge management • Analysing and optimising administrative systems and procedures

• Civil education and counselling • Supporting Social Policies and Labour Rights • Strengthening local capacities of partner organisations • Drafting in-depth study on Vietnam’s civil society

• Strategic planning and programme management • Drafting position papers and analysing the UN reform process • Organising various UNESCO Future Forums
