The Eerste Hollandsche Worst Maatschappij was a barbecue-catering concept driven by design. Partnered with the Dutch designer Frederik Molenschot of Studio Molen to use his Molenkitchen barbecues to cater at music and art festivals and private functions. Bootstrapped the business and ensured a positive cash flow and profit from the first event onwards.
