Supervision of clinical and pre-clinical Anti-Drug Antibody, Pharmokenetic, Toxicokenetic and Potency Validation/ Sample Analysis studies using ELISA formats including chemiluminescent, Gyrolab XP, MesoScale Discovery, Ultra Violet Spectrometer Assays.

As Laboratory Analyst my main role is the prepare, perform and document data produced by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay (ELISA) techniques in Validation and Sample analysis. This must be done whilst adhering to the standards of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

I work in a role providing essential support for Immunochemistry Laboratory operations with responsibility for equipment metrology, reagent ordering/ receipt/ preparation and housekeeping dutiie while building an understanding of practical skills required to perform routine sample analysis using Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay (ELISA).
