- Finding new country-specific publications, depending on their search volume, MOZ page rank - Adding and keeping those publications in a GDoc spreadsheet - Writing several article pitches for guest posts for link building purposes - Writing and conducting several interviews for social media influencers that would have a monthly column on the company's blog - Finding Social Media influencers that would like to express their thoughts and ideas to new audiences

- A detailed market analysis of life and nonlife insurances (unit-linked included) - Benchmarking - Team recruitment - Finding new leads and preparing a sales pitch for them - Getting referrals from satisfied customers - Managing a client data base - Team Management and Team Coaching - Expanding and developing current team
