Built a lead generation system from scratch. Last year we exceeded the annual target by 22% Other: — created a chatbot for Facebook messenger to qualify leads; — workflow automation with Zapier, CRM, Google Sheets; — managed the process of creating integration welcome-letters (landing page + Mailchimp + amoCRM); — worked with an advertising agency; — created advertising campaigns on Facebook, instagram, VK, Yandex and Google; — implemented an end-to-end business analytics system ROIstat.

Set up two marketing projects from scratch and managed the integration of financial reports (based on amoCRM + database + call tracking + Excel). Optimized advertising, which decreased CPL by 50% within 6 month. Other: — created a marketing strategy and following it; — worked with CJM and Amplitude; — data analysis with SQL.

Redesigned a landing page with a web developer — from the text prototype to the integration of analytics systems. It halved the conversion rate. Created a strategy, which included email marketing, working with abandoned carts, advertising in Yandex and Google. Further, I created a few dashboards in Google Analytics for the CEO, with budgets and income per channel.

I was in charge of the online store: сalls, orders, payment, delivery, technical support, reporting.
