Follow up of new projects and orders mainly for Italian, French and Spanish clients. Permanent contact with clients regarding the development of the project once the orders have been placed till the delivery of the articles. Daily work with the Key Account Managers in charge of new projects. Team work with other department within the company such as Planning, Shipping Department, Purchase Department. Meeting with clients abroad or in Germany.

Placement through Germany, Austria and Switzerland of Relationship Managers, Private Bankers and Investment Advisors. Build, develop and maintain relationships with banks or family offices based in the German-speaking countries. Network, headhunt, find candidates through referals or online advertisements. Meetings with both candidates and managers, video conferences with candidates abroad (skype). Monthly meeting with European counterparts in Private Banking.

Preparation of trade fairs in music (Musikmesse), lecture (Buchmesse), textile (Techtextile), and automotive (IAA). Daily contacts with potential investors from the U.S. to Germany ; preparation of business plan ("Gold Key") in the industry targeted in Germany to start a parternship ; cold calls German companies to establish a business relationship between the two companies, follow up with both parties. Draft of update reports in each industry represented in the Commercial Service.

Responsible for the debts recovery for the bank, daily correspondance with the lawyers, ushers, commercial courts and debtors. Draft of legal conclusions, constitution of the legal folder to communicate to the lawyer, follow up after the trial with all parties.

Responsible for the opening of documentary credits, collecting and verfying the shipping documents, proceeding to the payment of the exporters. Daily contact with international clients over the phone or in person.

Summer internship from 2003 to 2005 in the Human Resources department of the Ministry of Defence for Officers of the Airforce. Responsible of the retirements in 2003, mutations in 2004 and reconversion in 2005.
