Prepare and recommend security requirements for different LTE & 5G network elements to secure the customer´s network based on 3GPP & GSMA standards. Review of RFP, RFQ for different providers.

Analyze, prepare, implement, verify and test the configuration and integration of a node/network/system. Scope could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion (functionality & capacity), migration, this to form part of customer legacy. Achievements: Successfully tested and passed interoperability testing between 3rd parties and partners for different releases from RAN&CORE nodes. Customer satisfactions were achieved during my participation on these projects.

Customer support 1st & 2nd level. Perform hierarchical escalation of critical incidents and act as the main interface to the customer. Responsible for customer sites maintenances. Achievements: Replace of more than 100 mis-operational antennas deployed for customers before incidents occur, guaranteeing quality and achieving KPIs goals from management.

Review of radio designs installations for new or existing base station sites. Achievements: First job which helped me to understand customers, their needs and translate them into successful site installations.
