・Took the technical direction of the team and contributed to the development of new features and to the maintenance of the 3 apps Momox currently develops. ・Grew the team from 2 to 5 engineers, designed the recruitment process as well as the code challenge sent to the candidates. ・Established, with the team, the best practices and coding conventions to be used across the 3 apps. ・Setup the continuous integration infrastructure. Coordinated communication and releases with the other departments.

・Worked on the launch of three major projects: S-Bahn Berlin Connect, S-Bahn Stuttgart and Mobility Inside. ・Implemented the user management, the ticket shop and the ticket wallet components to be used in those apps. ・Contributed to build the route planner, a component used to search for travel routes and enabling users to pick their public transportation modes preferences (rail, bus, shared mobility, etc...). Additionally, worked on integrating major shared mobility providers in the app.

・Contributed to the complete rewrite of the iOS rider app. ・Contributed to the development of the internal fleet management app, allowing the maintenance of the scooters. ・Contributed to the design and to the development of a core framework, embedding COUP services related to vehicles, users and rental management. ・Initiated and lead the Siri Shortcuts and Today Extension projects. Both enable users to reserve the closest scooter without opening the app.

Feastdrop aims to enable users in the Netherlands to order ingredients for the recipes they spot around the web in a seamless manner. ∙ Contributed to shaping the product and during its conception phase and delivered strategic recommendations to the management on features and design. ∙ Developed from scratch an app capable of parsing ingredients from a recipe and to order those on an online marketplace. ∙ Developed a Share Extension, enabling users to import recipes from the web, right into the app.
