The role consist of mechanical development for automotive displays (central display, cluster and co-driver display), from RFQ until SOP, responsible to coordinate and lead all the mechanical engineering activities; I collaborate with international suppliers (China), customer (Daimler), and current team it's in an international environment (Romania, Serbia, Germany) ;

The role was as a mechanical discipline coordinator from RFQ until SOP for driver assistance radar; The customer which I have to be responsible was Suzuki. I worked in an multidisciplinary team (ex: Japan, Germany, Romania);

The role was as a CAD Engineer for the development of fuel and air filter from RFQ until SOP, for the after market segment; I also was responsible to manage change requests which came from production and to maintain communication with several customers like Bosch, MANN Filter, UFI & Sofima, Henghts;

Development of engine actuators, by modelling in 3D and creation of drawings by using CREO & PTC Windchill for actuators and air control valves (injected plastic parts, aluminum diecast parts, steel diecast parts); design from concept to serial production; Collaborate with project managers, technical project leaders and project team members in order to realize the tasks of the project in a proper time;

Create CNC programs for the CNC machines BELOTTI, Fanuc, Zund Cutter, Jedo Water cut with 3 and 5 axis, by using HYPERMILL and AutoCAD 2D; Close collaboration with CNC Programmers from Duqueine France in order to realize and optimize CNC Programs; Preparare technical instructions for CNC operators;

Realization of diploma project at Continental in close collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Timisoara; CAD modelling by using CATIA V5 of a SCARA robotic arm; Creation of 2D drawings and tolerance dimensioning for the designed parts; Calculate the forces and torque required by the robotic arm; Chose of components and contacts suppliers for obtain the best price offer;
