Responsible for maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship between Micro Focus and its SaaS customer base across EMEA. Responsible for regular checks and trainings with the end users in order to ensure usage compliancy and accurate delivery of best practices across all deployed platforms in the end user’s install base.

Responsible for start to end pipeline administration and sales for Denmark West and Iceland as part of the Nordics team. Responsibilities span from lead creation to deal management and closing. This implies : recognizing and contacting potential leads as well as converting these into active customers. Coordinating efforts with partners, distributors as well as resellers.

The Support Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful renewal of Support Service Contracts for existing small/medium-sized customers and handling any resulting queries that the customers may have about their contracts.
