Developed automated tests using Robot Framework and Python for FOTA, diagnostics and HVAC systems. Validated UDS communication, firmware update flows and security access mechanisms, translating requirements into manual and automated scenarios. Performed validation with internal tools, investigated failures through log analysis and C++ code correlation, and used Git/GitLab and Linux environments for test execution.

Investigated and resolved security integration issues in ADAS communication systems, debugging TLS handshakes and validating certificate chains and Root CAs. Reviewed AUTOSAR security stack configurations (CSM, CryptoIF, Crypto Driver), performed root cause analysis for failing security tests, verified encrypted NvM and key storage mechanisms, ensured compliance with customer security requirements, and debugged multi-core Infineon AURIX/Traveo II platforms using TRACE32.

Developed and integrated application software for vehicle access systems (Immobilizer, RKE, NFC, Smart Access, PASE), contributing across the full V-cycle. Generated and adapted ARXML configurations, integrated platform modules, and tailored interfaces for customer-specific architectures. Supported customer integration and validation, performed software integration and release activities, debugged on multi-core platforms using TRACE32, and configured NvM blocks for persistent data handling.

Designed and configured AUTOSAR SWCs, defining ports, interfaces, runnables, timers and alarms. Performed runnable-to-task mapping and OS scheduling (5–100 ms), generated and integrated RTE. Contributed to 50+ BCM features, developed and validated application code, and executed integration testing. Set up Docker-based development/CI environments and implemented basic Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with Git repositories for automated build and testing.

Developed secure embedded software for AUTOSAR-based RKE systems, implementing AES, RSA, HITAG2/3 cryptography and leading first application-level HSM stack integration. Configured NvM using Tresos/Odin, optimized memory and task scheduling (<80% CPU), ensured MISRA compliance, performed timing analysis, debugged on Renesas RH850 (winIDEA/E1), and contributed across the full V-cycle using DOORS.
