Job functions: Taking a part in CRM implementation project of customer company (Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise): sales business processes research, designing of CRM solution, business requirement setting for the development, support of integration of the CRM system with company’s master data information system.

Job functions: 1. Administration of company’s CRM-system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premise): sales business processes research, solution architecture development, task queue management, management of business processes’ updating, CRM customization, consulting and tutoring for users. 2. Distributed developer’s team management: search for contractors, interaction with contractors on tasks (CRM + telephony + mobile application + internet marketing).

Job functions: 1. Development of company’s CRM-system (Microsoft Dynamics 365): research of business processes of sales, task management, designing of CRM solution, customization, programming of functionality (JavaScript, SQL), training and consulting for users, functionality questions solving with Microsoft support (English, calls/email). 2. Management of analytics based on Microsoft Power BI. 3. Support of integration with other company’s information systems based on Microsoft Office 365.

Taking a part in CRM introducing projects (MS Dynamics CRM 2015, 2016, Dynamics 365): research of business processes of customer company, designing of CRM solution, customization, technical documentation development, working out of task for functional changes (C#, JavaScript, integration), testing of functionality, training and consulting for users. Completed 1 project.

Project management by development/improvement of CRM functional (MS Dynamics CRM 2011) – participation on task definition, working out of task for functional changes (C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, XML; SharePoint integration), project participants’ interaction management; customization, testing of functionality, user guide development, training and consulting for users. Completed 3 projects, led 4 projects simultaneously, project duration is up to 1 yr.

Job functions: 1. Management of CRM project (full sales cycle and users’ support for law-reference system «Garant» on MS Dynamics CRM 4.0) (since 06.2014). 2. Programming for MS CRM 4.0 (C# (SDK), JavaScript, T-SQL, XML). Accomplishments: 1. An integration CRM to 1С (financial data uploading) and to GIS Google Earth. 2. A line of outer applications for CRM data and metadata work optimization. 3. A status «Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) – SharePoint Developer 2010».

Development of application software (Delphi), site development (html).

Job functions: 1. Development, implementation and support of company’s information system. 2. Operational documentation manufacturing process management (a team of 2 persons). 3. Application software development by requests of colleagues. Accomplishments: had implemented a verification process for data coming via e-mail. As a result we had sped up an improvement of company production for 1 week per each iteration due to cancellation of paper documentation interchange to the distant partner.
