Dr. Alexey Cherchago

Working in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Europe and Australia, I am responsible for Harmonization of the Filed Force related business processes across SBU countries, Design and implementation of the planning and reporting system to track performance of the affiliates along the commercial dimension, Monitoring brand and customer strategy execution when launching new products, Development of the global CRM system for EMEA region, Analytical support at the level of VPs and executives.

Having a global function in the Business Excellence group of the Commercial Excellence department, my main role was to drive the following kinds of projects for our affiliates: Mainstream SFE activities, Development and implementation of New Commercial Models, Local and global performance tracking systems, Coaching/training projects and best practice exchange platforms for FLSMs and Sales directors, Analytical support at the level of VPs and executives.

Being in Frankfurt am Main office of ZS, I’ve been working for European and US clients mainly in pharma and medical devices domains in the projects such as Sales Force Design, Compensation Design & Administration, Sales Forecasting, Segmentation & Targeting, Territory Design.

I’ve been integrating Rational Suite Enterprise (RSE) products into the Software Development Process of the Institute.

Special Design Office “RITM” (Taganrog, Russia) produces medical information systems and medical devices. Working in the innovation group, I obtained two international patents. I started my career as a Software Engineer, then I was responsible for the Certification and serialization of medical devices and Key Account Management (Reflexodiagnostic complex “RISTA-EPD” and therapeutic device SCENAR), and finally Project Management (Reflexodiagnostic complex “RISTA-EPD”).
