Responsibilities: control of the development process of keeping methodology for management accounting at enterprises, development of the accounting policies of companies. Develop the system architecture and determine the functionality scoping of the finance system for advertizing companies (industry solution). Manage the process of implementation (5 projects)

Icontrol, organization of the implementation process of the complex management system SAP ERP. Analysis, development, unification of business processes in accounting, tax and administrative accounting. Formation the concept of calculation the actual cost of production (planned, actual calculation), the procedure of accounting of direct and indirect costs

SAP FI configuration audit; testing of SAP department staff competence; user support efficiency and system development processes analysis

Preparation of project costs estimation, defining the functional boundaries of projects of management system implementation, conducting presentations and trainings, consulting services

Development and support of SAP ERP management systems in finance area. Optimization of tax scheme and bookkeeping processes, conducting presentations and training, formation of the concept of cost accounting.
