I’m a Senior Financial Consultant with solid expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and cash flow strategy. I work with HealthTech, E-commerce, and SaaS companies to scale smarter through data-driven planning. I create dynamic forecasts, optimize working capital, and deliver clear investor reports. My goal is to help leadership teams make confident strategic decisions, extend runway, and drive long-term, sustainable growth and profitability.

As Director of FP&A, I led both FP&A and Finance teams, driving strategic planning, budgeting, and corporate reporting. I built financial models to support investments and M&A, managed full budgeting cycles with IFRS reporting, and led cost optimization initiatives. I also oversaw group cash flow, secured project financing, and strengthened working capital through smarter banking and supplier management.

As Budgeting & Reporting Manager, I led financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking, built projections to guide capital decisions, and managed IFRS reporting and audits. I was also part of the project management team during the construction of Istanbul New Airport, one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects. My work ensured financial transparency, supported project financing, and strengthened overall financial governance.

As Finance Manager, I built the entire finance function from the ground up—covering accounting, reporting, and strategic planning. I led project profitability analyses and investment feasibility studies to guide management decisions. I also oversaw US GAAP reporting, cash flow management, and annual budgeting, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

As Assistant Manager in KPMG’s Advisory Department, I focused on M&A and tax consultancy. I led tax due diligence for acquisitions, identified risks, and advised on tax-efficient deal structures. Earlier in my role as Senior Auditor, I handled tax compliance audits, reviewed returns, and managed communication with tax authorities—building a strong foundation in both advisory and compliance.

I began my career as an Assistant Auditor in the Tax Compliance Department, and was later promoted to a Senior Auditor position. During this period, I collaborated with managers to conduct comprehensive tax audits and ensure timely deliverables.
