- Leading a dedicated team of four Commodity Buyers at two locations - Together with my team I'm responsible for the procurement and the strategic direction of the following commodities for our Business Unit Europe: o Heat shields o Insulation- and absorption material o Manipulated Tubes (bent, perforated, etc.) and Hydroforming o Flex Elements and Tail pipes o Flanges o Exhaust Valves

- Definition, implementation and realisation of global strategies for the commodities stamped and deep-drawn parts, heat shields, absorption and insulation materials, flanges and decoupling elements - Independently leading purchasing negotiations with suppliers to achieve project and series targets as well as planning, conducting and concluding annual price and contract negotiations - Budget preparation, calculations and value analyses - Optimisation of supplier structures and evaluation of suppliers

Einkaufsseitige Betreuung von Entwicklungsprojekten in unterschiedlichsten Projektphasen von der Prototypentwicklung bis zum Serienanlauf; Koordination der Beschaffungsprozesse zwischen Zentraleinkauf und internen Abteilungen sowie Werken und Lieferanten im In- und Ausland; Vertretung der Interessen des Einkaufs in internationalen Projektmeetings und -workshops

Einkaufstätigkeiten im Medium Duty Engine Project, Fehlteiltracking und Prototypenlogistik, Reporting und Kennzahlen

Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Kanban Prozesses, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalyse für die indienweite Verwendung von Mehrwegbehältern
