At an early stage of Resilience360 project, I was involved in shaping the concept and formulating the requirements for Supply Chain Risk Management dashboard: translation of stakeholder expectations into the requirements for software functionality and data structures as well as service provider selection. Moreover, I developed a method for assessing the impact of a full disruption to operations in a single facility on the performance of the whole supply chain as a part of my master thesis research project.

I participated in the COO Office’s initiative for standardisation and optimisation of back-office business processes, having conducted interviews and developed process models for procurement, outsourcing, campus administration and documentation management.

The mission of HSE{Inc} is to encourage and support students in building new successful businesses. I was a co-lead organiser of the nation-wide “Startup of the Year” 2009 award, HSE{10K} 2010 student business plan competition, HSE{sun} 2010 entrepreneurial summer school. My responsibilities included fundraising, partner management, public relations, marketing, procurement, event management. As a University representative, I participated in the 13th MIT Global Startup Workshop 2010 in Reykjavik, Iceland.
