Supporting the decarbonization target of Veolia in Braunschweig (BS|ENERGY) by the design, construction and commissioning of several new power plants as well as dismantling of old assets at the end of the life cycle.

Involved in design activities related to Power Plants EPC projects in the global energy business. Managing a team of Discipline Leaders and Project Engineers also for the support of proposals preparation and submission. Formerly also involved in Business Development, M&A initiatives, partnering strategy and commercial activities, as well as Boremer board member.

General management of the company, owned also by Ferrovial, operating large waste treatment facilities with integrated power generation units. Involved on coordination of Production, Maintenance, Laboratory and Administration Department Leaders. P&L responsibility reporting to Board. Relationships with the client, the local and national authorities.

Operation and Maintenance of petrochemical production complex utilities: power plant, steam, demineralized water, compressed air, environmental protection facilities, etc. R&D projects management concerning environment protection of the whole site. Formerly also involved in the design and construction of marine logistic infrastructures of the same complex.
