- Overview and certification of program, sub-program and project design - Facilitating strategic planning processes - Monitoring and evaluation of programme implementation - Auditing and re-designing institutional internal processes.

- In charge of managing program, sub-program and project design processes for institutions of the central government. - Provided technical assistance to regional, national and local strategic partners and stakeholders - Monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects and policies - Preparation of programme and financial progress reports

- Capacity building and outreach programme design and execution - International public relations - Stakeholder engagement - Event design and management

- Project management assistance -Coordination and follow-up of agreements with external stakeholders - Monitoring and evaluation

- Environmental Projects Management - Monitoring and evaluation - Research assistance - Environmental impact assessment and environmental mitigation plan design
