Highest MRB Engineering Member is the delegated individual engineer responsible and accountable for Boeing-delegated MRB authority for the products and programs and across all facilities in Leonardo listed in the MRB plan. Menage the MRB processes and MRB personnel qualification, training, and oversight. Examinate and authorize all candidate Engineer for Limited, Full and Highest Engineering MRB authority for delegate MRB authority.

Perform internal audit of Liaison Engineering Personnel in order to guarantee that the reviewed non conformance documents are comply with all the applicable requirements. Classify and give to the audited personnel their Comment / Observation / Comment / Findings that detail any nonconformities supported by objective evidence and indicate the corrective action if required. Provide proper corrective actions through technical engineering dispositions of all manufacturing issues.
