At egocentric Merchandising GmbH, I played a key role in preparing look-books and technical files, assessing manufacturers and freelancers for production, and handling the quotation process directly with factories. I supervised production stages, ensured quality control, and managed export/import documentation. My role also involved developing and implementing efficient procurement strategies and enhancing procurement systems and databases.

At Meltem Global Textile, I managed the entire merchandising process from initial quotation to final shipment. My responsibilities included ensuring production quality, handling customer quotations, and coordinating logistics for export. I also led our presence at international exhibitions, developed compelling look-books, and implemented customer retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
