Analyze, audit, follow-up and parenting all long and flat meltshops of corporate Ezzsteel group (7 EAFs, 6 LFs, 5 CCMs, 2 CSPs; 5.5 million ton) for performance improving and sustainability. Directly report to Mr. CTO.

Leading process optimization and improvement, including proposing and study of new practice and investments, needed for whole 2.2-million tons/year DRI-based meltshop (4 electric arc furnaces, 3 ladle furnaces, 3 continuous casting machines and supporting refractories & logistics). Scope: 4x80 ton UHP AC-EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) + 3 LF (Ladle Metallurgical Furnace) + 3x4-strand continuous casting machines.
