Safar.holiday is a Traveling agency in Iran. As a partner for this project I started this project from scratch and after initial launch, I participate in further developments and supervise other developments.

Armangar is a software solutions company which has multiple websites for Job Search and HR management. In Armangar I accomplished to: - Managed to lower the operating cost by 10% in 1 year via process engineering. - Proposed a plan that lowered service cost by 6%. - Orchestrated large-scale software deployments, including testing features and correcting code, that resulted in a 20% lower hardware cost. - Designed and implemented an infrastructure that guarantees up-time and data-loss protection.

Hamikar has a website for job search and multiple websites for legal services. I was responsible for designing the infrastructure and framework of multiple projects for the company. Leading the Dev. team to deliver a one-year delayed project in the first 2 months and applying scrum.

Managing project lifecycle of multiple projects at once and being in contact with product owners of different projects and delivering results to product owners.
