- Led the maintenance and reliability of units comprising 450+ machines. Some of the critical machinery includes multi-stage centrifugal compressors, blowers, & pumps. - Headed a team of 19 members for routine activities, outage planning, and reliability projects. - Led the HGPI and CI of gas turbines (22.5 MW Mitsubishi H-25 & 23 MW GE Frame-V) and one steam turbine. - Developed quality hold points for in-house overhauling of critical machines according to the OEM specifications.

- Conducted performance assessments based on different reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and evaluated gas turbine performance for health diagnostics. - Earned certifications in DuPont Process Safety Management and Work Permit systems, enhancing the knowledge of safe and efficient operational practices. - Designed and developed a Power BI dashboard for over 1000 site rotary equipment, enabling improved data visualization of business and safety-critical machines.

- Worked on the recycling of ABS plastic as my sustainability project. - Analyzed the process of extrusion and thermoforming for all the plastic waste and suggested some methods to recycle all the waste ABS plastic.
