• Designed a high-power RF plasma generation oven (3 kW, 2.5 GHz) for controlled heating systems. • Developing high-frequency subsystems, including matching networks and cavity resonators, optimizing field distribution, and system efficiency. • Performed S-parameters and 3D EM simulations using Ansys HFSS to optimize field distribution, resonance behavior and coupling structures. • Produced technical documentation, measurement reports, and validation summaries.

• Designed and optimized 2.45 GHz cavity resonators and monopole antennas for microwave plasma and RF applications, covering the full R&D cycle from initial concept, simulation, and prototyping to laboratory validation. • Performed 2D/3D EM simulations (HFSS), 2D/3D CAD modeling (Inventor), RF measurements (VNA, amplifiers, signal generators), and developed Python/MATLAB scripts for automation and data analysis. • Conducted research on plasma–microwave interactions for journal publication.

• Designed and simulated Low Noise Amplifiers, RF filters, and matching networks (Microwave Office, ADS). • Developed PCB designs for microcontrollers and RF front-end prototypes (KiCad, Altium). • Performed RF bench measurements including S-parameters, gain/noise, harmonics. • Implemented Python signal processing tools. • Contributed to EM modeling (gprMax). • Designed STM32-based hardware systems. • Extensively used lab instruments (oscilloscopes, VNAs, signal generators, RF amps).
