I helped students understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it. My duties ranged from the preparation of exams, planning classes and the marking of work handed in. On top of this, I also arranged extra-curricular activities and set targets for the students.

I established recruiting requirements, built applicant sources, determined applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications, interviewed applicants and helped accomplish human resources’ and the organization’s missions.

I assisted the Finance Department with calculations of training expenses, updated loan tracking files and checked Bank statements and verified it against expenditure’s lists.

I worked closely with various departments by assisting managers with the implementation of policies and procedures, promoted equality and diversity, administered payroll and maintained employee records, helped develop HR planning strategies, analyzed and planned training courses with managers.

I maintained the Executive’s agenda, attended meetings and kept minutes, handled and prioritized correspondence (calls, e-mail, letters, packages etc.), made travel arrangements, handled confidential documents, prepared invoices or financial statements, monitored office supplies, maintained electronic and paper records, conducted research and prepared presentations.
