- Verifying the quality and specifications of manufactured and purchased wood mouldings - Assuring the preservation of the chain of custody of FSC certified products - Investigating customers' complaints to determine the source of any defective product - Implementing procedures to prevent the reoccurrence of any problems and improving production processes

- Performing quality tests (specific gravity, distillation, flash point, kinematic viscosity, freezing point and water content) for refined petroleum products based on the international standard methods (ASTM, CEC, DIN, ISO, IP) - Verifying the compliance of the products with national and international quality standards - Preparing reports on inspected products

- Greeting and processingcustomers’ requests (in person or on the phone) - Acquiring customers’ orders -Investigating complaints about the products - Ensuring the delivery of products on schedule

- Providing individualized teaching to students - Developing different teaching techniques
