- Collaborate with the product owner to translate business requirements into user stories for the development team to implement; - Work with key stakeholders to ensure successful product releases

- Regular discussions with internal stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR) and external stakeholders (Suppliers) in order to define requirements and improve current processes; - Creation and maintenance of contracts in SAP and contract portfolio; - Reporting the performance of suppliers, produce regular vendor rating reports.

- Operate the purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation; - Place orders, ensure contractual terms are met, follow-up on deliveries, schedule contract renewal; - Resolve payment issues

- Using SAP and other tools to gather and process data for various reporting requirements: daily and weekly reports, monthly scorecards, quarterly and yearly data overview; - Deliver accurate and relevant reports of the team’s KPIs and thorough analysis. - Operate the purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation; - Resolve payment issues.

- Process purchase requisition into purchase orders.

- Solve customer's complaints/requests; - Perform statistical analyses on number and nature of written complaints and cancellation requests.
