Working within the Vodafone Incubation team, I created and refined the user experience for over 20 projects in 2 years. Led the UX/UI design for new products and services proposals for both consumer segment and B2B (mobile payments, retail kiosk, branded smartphone).

MyCash is a romanian startup that helps people manage their savings by visualising their spendings and establishing stretch goals. Currently in beta phase, running usability tests.

Direction of all creative and strategy proposals for clients. I started working as a Creative Director after merging WebKo (own design studio) with Webcore. Managed all aspects of media design, including content strategy, budget limitations, and deadline planning across all desired services. Optimized the time and effort by adding wireframes and mockups plus running usability tests from the early stage of the project.

I started WebKo as a design studio mainly for web design projects, working under the Elance platform. In short time we had great results with clients from all around the world (USA, Japan, Germany, UK). My work consisted in web design projects, advertising materials and branding & corporate ID. Later on we merged WebKo with Webcore.

I started working on existing design projects. I improved the communication between accountants and design & development team by having strategic meetings with the clients from early stages. This resulted in better understanding of the requirements and better deadlines proposals. My role was to design landing pages and to create or improve the visuals (CID) of the clients. I also did cross browsers tests for validation and suggested fixes for problems encountered in the functionality of the website.

I started as a Jr. Web Designer responsible for web design and corporate ID projects. I expanded my web development skills by working with HTML, CSS and PHP in building or updating web sites. Took part in brainstorming session and branding trainings.
